Batman Brawl is an online flash game where you play as either Batman or the Green Lantern in a 2D boxing game that is similar to the Punch Out video game series. Each stage features Batman or the Green Lantern against a random horde of super villains. In the sea of great batman games, you are really going to enjoy this fighting game. It is your job to control the heroes and beat down the bad guys using the heroes' punches.

Graphics: 10/10

The graphics in Batman Brawl are drawn and animated very well and it feels as if you are watching the Batman cartoons while playing this game. Batman and the Green Lantern look familiar and lively and you will certainly enjoy their appearances in this game. The villains look lively as well and their looks give you the motivation to fight them. Other familiar heroes pop up as well to give their commentaries about the fight using balloon bubbles.

The controls for Batman Brawl are simple and easy to learn. You basically use the keyboard to control Batman and the Green Lantern's movements. you have two punches, two blocks and two directions to move in this game. The game even teaches you the controls as an option before you start the game; therefore, anyone can easily learn and play this fun game.

Sounds: 10/10

The sound effects are great and it feels like you are in a boxing arena with your favorite super heroes against the super villains. The sounds of each punch feel as if they are taken from the cartoons as well. You will probably cringe when you hear your hero take damage from a villain's hit, and cheer when you hear the damage that the villain takes from your hero's punches. In short, the sound effects help motivate you to fight with your super hero against the villains that you encounter for each stage.

Game Play: 10/10

As either Batman or the Green Lantern, you will fight your way through each stage against a random super villain that the game picks for you. The game displays many things to help show your progress during the fight against a bad guy. Batman or the Green Lantern and the villain have their own bars that start out empty but slowly fill up as they take damage. To win, the villain's bar must fill to the full with each punch from your super hero, which knocks the villain down for the count. Knock down the villain three times and you will win and proceed to the next stage. You lose the game if your hero's bar fills up from taking damage from the villain and get knocked down too many times.

Batman Brawl's simplicity and easy to learn controls make this online flash game very fun and unique. Playing this game also makes you feel as if you are watching the cartoons as well. The game is also short and can easily be played anytime for some quick fun. If you enjoy Batman and the Green Lantern being in a boxing match against villains, then you will certainly like this game.
